  1. In honor of Rosh Hashanah, Rabbi Lawrence Zierler of the Jewish Center of Teaneck will speak to the orthodox Hallel V'Zimrah Minyan, around mid-morning about "What Do We Mean by 'the Good Life'?"
  2. CareOne at Teaneck is hosting a Respite Care Program for Rosh Hashanah-Yom Kippur-Sukkot at 11 a.m.
  3. Mexicali Live presents a night of music featuring bands Flagland, Function for Fiction, Jersey Royale. Doors are at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $7.
  4. The Friends of the Teaneck Library are showing the movie "Sawdust and Tinsel" at 7 p.m. as part of its Film series which will continue every second and fourth Wednesdays of the month.
  5. Highs near 76 degrees today with showers and thunderstorms very likely throughout the day.
