Five Things April 14: Guest Speaker at Garden Club Meeting

  1. The Garden Club is meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Richard Rodda Community Center. Edith Wallace, a co-coordinator of the Lilac Garden Restoration Project at the NJ Botanical Gardens/Skylands, will be speaking to the group.
  2. Today's Passport Adventure through the Recreation Department is to the Liberty Science Center. Open to children ages six through 13.
  3. The Gene Barnett Speaker Series tonight at Fairleigh Dickinson University is canceled.
  4. Children ages four and up can come to the library to make a spring craft at either 2 p.m. or 7 p.m. Children may keep the craft.
  5. The weather today will be mostly sunny with a high around the mid 60s. You can expect a northwest wind from around five to 10 mph. Overnight low is in the 40s with a slight wind.
