TEANECK RESIDENT WINS PRESIDENCY POSTER CONTEST

As mentioned in an article from the Kansas City Info Zine, Teaneck resident Ifrah Syed, 26, was named the adult winner of a design contest sponsored by kids.gov, a government website for youth. The website invited children and adults to submit their best posters that simplify the explanation about how a person becomes president.

Syed's poster featured a flow chart with colorful and easy-to-follow graphics. "The adult posters were judged by graphic design experts, with Syed's winning entry receiving a score of 4.6 out of 5," stated the article.

David Davila, age 8, of Fort Worth, Texas, won the kids division. Both Davila and Syed received $2,500 as a cash prize.

Congratulations to both winners.
