The Giants signed Teaneck native Oren Wilson as a defensive tackle, according to published reports.
Wilson, a former Michigan State Spartan, went undrafted this year, CBSSports.com reported.
The 6-foot-1, 305 pound Wilson recorded 38 tackles and 3 ½ sacks and attended Giants rookie camp as a tryout, NJ.com reported. Wilson was ranked among the top 50 prep school prospects.
He served jail time stemming from an incident at a campus residence hall in 2009.
The Giants also signed Carlton Powell after a workout Tuesday.
