UPDATE: Hameeduddin, Gussen Retain Positions in Teaneck Council Reorganization
The Teaneck Township Council will select a mayor and deputy mayor, and swear in new council members Sunday afternoon at its reorganization meeting.
Henry Pruitt and Mark Schwartz won their first council terms in May election. Voters also re-elected Mayor Mohammed Hameeduddin to the town’s governing body.
U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) will attend the ceremony at the Municipal Complex.
The public is invited to attend the event, which begins at 4 p.m.
