Newark Real Estate Firm Moving to Teaneck

Company signs lease for 4,200 square-foot office space, report says.

TreeTop Development, a Newark real estate company, is moving its headquarters to the Glenpointe complex in Teaneck, according to a report on northjersey.com.

TreeTop signed a lease for a 4,200 square-foot space at the complex, the report said. Glenpointe's location was cited as one reason for the move.

"Adding a Bergen County office will help us to expand to nearby suburban communities and to better manage our New York portfolio,'' TreeTop co-founder Azi Mandel said in the report.

Glenpointe is extremely well located for a regional business in the New Jersey/York metro area. At the junction of Rt. 80 and Rt. 95, minutes from Manhattan and Newark, it should be bursting with business activity. All business services plus a hotel for out of region visitors. Let's include Glenpointe with Cedar Lane, Queen Anne Rd and Teaneck Rd as a business activity center.
