An accident on Route 4 westbound in Teaneck led to major rush hour delays Friday.
The crash appeared to involve multiple vehicles near the Queen Anne Road exit. The Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps had two ambulances at the scene.
Police blocked all westbound lanes of traffic as of around 6 p.m.
