This might not have happened if the verbal argument had been written giving both parties a chance to think about what they might do. When verbal arguments are oral they tend to escalate rapidly.

John,
Well thought out, but I don't think these ladies thought out much before thier altercation. So...writing anything out wasn't even in either of thier minds. I don't think that either intended or at least one of them intended to have this occur..... I don't get out much, but I can say the club and bar scene is rapidly deterioating. I don't even miss it.

The Teaneck woman's charged for hitting the other lady with a glass mug but the other lady's the one who threw the 1st punch. So isn't that self defense?

This is the effects of excessive bullying. As a witness to the events I can say Christell Perez is a bully and the victim snapped. She purposely pushed her and the victim rushed behind her yelling "I'm tired of you doing this to me, just leave me alone!!! I'm tired of you bothering me!!!" And it was then thevictim punched her and the aggressor hit her with a glass cup causing the victim to have close to 40 stiches on her face. Bullying needs to stop in our society, bullies should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
