Teaneck Chamber of Commerce to Hold Holiday Party

Event set for Dec. 15

The following press release was submitted by the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce:

According to Larry Bauer, President of the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce, “…the Chamber is not only about business, it is also about community. Teaneck is unique in that it has so much to offer. Look at the groups, the organizations, the diversity, people coming out to help one another. We have access to local arts and culture right here in our own back yard, thanks to the Puffin Foundation and numerous others. We have access to a wonderful selection of dining establishments and international cuisines. We have a variety of parks for recreation, nature, cycling and walking. We are at the cross roads of Bergen County, we are a stone’s throw from an international airport and just across the river from that other city. We have citizens that have contributed and volunteered to help make our community a better place. As the Chamber we take pride for the past 10 years to have honored some of these folks and there is still so many more. We are proud of our businesses, Chamber members and non-members alike, that have supported such organizations as the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps, the Teaneck Rotary Club, Helping Hands Food Pantry and many other organizations as well as the many houses of worship with their participations in their various fund-raising activities and their endeavors also to help our community, the various businesses that have participated directly in such activities as Collecting Toys for Tots. We are proud of what we have accomplished and look forward to what we will accomplish in the new year. With the holiday shopping season truly underway, support your local businesses, many can be found by going to www.teaneckchamber.orgwww.cedarlane.net or do a Google search.”
