The Teaneck Community Charter School is among the top ten schools in the running to win a musical theatre program through the NBC “Smash” contest.

Supporters can vote for the school online at juniortheaterproject.org. Ten winners will be selected to receive teacher stipends, courses, a project advisor and a kit that includes the rights to perform a musical.

Smash is an NBC television program focusing on efforts involved with producing a Broadway musical.
