Crowds flocked to Puffin Foundation Sunday for the third annual Teaneck Latino Community Event.
The event, hosted by local group Resource, Education and Awareness by Latinos (R.E.A.L.), featured food, live music and poetry readings.
Organizers and attendees noted how the event has grown dramatically over the years.
According to R.E.A.L., the group's mission is to "promote a positive awareness of the Latino community in Teaneck and to be a resource for Latinos and others, through education, advocacy and participation in cultural/social community events."
Mayor Mohammed Hameeduddin, Schools Superintendent Barbara Pinsak and Councilwoman Monica Honis were some of the local officials who attended.
Check out the video and photo gallery for more on the event.
