Rabbi Indicted on Sex Abuse Charges
A Teaneck rabbi was indicted Wednesday on charges he sexually abused two boys who were visiting from Israel as part of a scholarship program, northjersey.com reported.
Rabbi Uzi Rivlin, 64, was arrested in August after the FBI alerted Teaneck and Bergen County investigators to the sexual abuse allegations, authorities said at the time. The two boys first made separate complaints to Israeli police, prosecutors said.
After Delay, Launch Date Set for New Township Website

Ridgefield Park Man Sentenced for Gas Station Robberies in Teaneck, Nearby Towns
A Ridgefield Park man was sentenced to 15 years in prison Friday for robbing gas stations in Teaneck and other Bergen County towns,northjersey.com reported.
Frederick V. Agodon, 34, told police he robbed the gas stations to pay his rent and child support, the report said. Agodon admitted to five robberies in Bergen County and one in Hudson County after being questioned by Teaneck police detectives, Patch reported last year.
Councilwoman Toffler Withdraws Lawsuit Against Township Council
