Back in Bergenfield Every Thursday in June

Classic diner fare and ice cream, fashion and apparel, picture frames and pharmacy items and more will be on sale every Thursday night in June in Bergenfield from 5:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. when late night shopping and Classic Car Shows bring the downtown district to life this summer. The Classic Car Shows will be held in the parking lot on Portland Avenue located directly behind Tommy Fox’s Public House on June 7, 14, 21 and 28; there are no rain dates planned. A  DJ playing the music of the 50’s and 60’s, plus giveaways and games will add to a fun, family friendly night out.

“We are inviting Bergenfield residents and visitors from surrounding towns to come on out for these family-friendly events and rediscover Bergenfield’s great restaurants and stores, its convenience, plus plentiful free parking and friendly service,” noted Walter Johnson, President of the Bergenfield Special Improvement District (BSID) and the owner of Perfect Cut Carpets on S. Washington Avenue.

Classic Car Show participants will compete for the Twin Boro News Grand Trophy, the Bergenfield AAMCO Trophy and the Clearview Bergenfield Cinema Five Trophy.
