YI - JING - MN Kung Fu Class :Please to Take a class with Master James Ran.
Master James Ran has spent his life learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system. YI - JING - MN , incorporates , Tai CHi , Bau Gua , Xinf Yi , Baji , and kung fu . emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self defense.
Participates in Competitions : YES . ( Form , Push hands , Two man routine set practice .)
We meet near the pavilion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.
Everyone is welcome. please invite people that are interested.
Kids class : Tai Chi / Self defense.
Woman's class: self defense / Chi Kung / nutrition consultant / personal training.
