  a holistic health coach\, will demonstrate how to get the maximum amoun
 t of nutrition in a minimal amount of time\, while Alyicia\, an exercise
  physiologist\, will also speak about how to "Empower Your Body" and wit
 h simple\, yet thorough workouts that can fit into even the busiest of s
 chedules.\nThe event will be held Wednesday\, August 8th from 7 p.m.- 9 
 p.m. Attendees will learn what it truly means to be healthy and how to m
 ake smarter daily decisions in order to be a healthier you. Participants
  will be instructed on how to:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n-Prepare health foods ahead of time\n- Eat well b
 alanced meals "on the go"\n- Understand digestion and the grains\, green
 s\, and protein we eat\n- Improve the morale\, productivity\, and overal
 l well-being at work\n-Prepare a nutritious fruit smoothie and delicious
  quinoa recipe\nModiani Kitchens is located on 46 South Dean St. Englewo
 od\, NJ. Parking is locating behind the building in the parking garage. 
 Parking stubs will be validated.\nAppetizers and networking from 6-7 p.m
 . The presentations will take place 7-9 p.m. and conclude with a Q&amp\;
 A session. There will also be an opportunity to win a one hour massage\,
  full length coaching session with Robyn\, and a fitness assessment with
