A program of Hope and Healing for Educators in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook tragedy will be held on Thursday, January 24, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The program, sponsored by the interfaith Teaneck Clergy Council, is open to the entire Teaneck community, including teachers and administrators at all levels, from pre-school through post-graduate, who live or work in the the Teaneck community. Parents, students and others who wish to express their support are also encouraged to participate. For further information, please contact Rev. More About Benjamin Franklin Middle School
Benjamin Franklin Middle School is one of two public middle schools in town. Programs at the school include English as a Second Language, fine arts and athletics as well as the standard middle school curriculum. The school has a range of extracurricular activities including student government, peer mentoring, yearbook and community service projects. Two large fields are on school property. In addition to by vehicle, the school is accessible by a walkway overpass from Milton Votee Park to Windsor Road.
Dr. Lennox Small is the principal.
