Hospice and Palliative Care in the African-American Community
Holy Name Medical Center invites the community to a program presenting options available to patients and their families as they face end of life decisions. "A Good Life, A Good Death", a poignant photo essay, edited by Teaneck resident Carol DeVoe will be featured, followed by a discussion of Hospice and Palliative Care services available at home, in the hospital, in nursing homes or in specialized hospice facilities.
