 r any rising varsity and existing varsity level rowers who want to incre
 ase their technical skill\, strength and fitness.&nbsp\;\nThe program wi
 ll run Monday through Friday with two available session times. &nbsp\;Ro
 wers participating in this development program will have to opportunity 
 to compete in two summer races. However\, the overarching goal will be t
 o fine tune the athletes&rsquo\; technical skills in preparation for hig
 her competitive rowing in the upcoming 2012/2013 season.&nbsp\;\nCollegi
 ate Students welcome!&nbsp\;\nDates: June 9th\, 2012- August 4th\, 2012\
 nSchedule:Rowers can choose between an early morning session and an afte
 rnoon session for weekday practices. &nbsp\;Rowers are welcome to attend
  both sessions. &nbsp\;Each rower must inform the coaches of their sessi
 on choices during their first day of practice. &nbsp\;No session choices
  on Saturday morning.\nMonday- Friday&nbsp\;Morning session&nbsp\;-&nbsp
 \;6:30-8:30amAND/ORAfternoon session&nbsp\;-&nbsp\;4:30-6:30pm\nSaturday
