 i Civic League was established in 1990.&nbsp\; The League does many comm
 unity  activities including sponsoring two Little League&nbsp\;baseball 
  teams\, a  Christmas Toy Drive\, and donations to various  community&nb
 sp\;organizations.  Youth&nbsp\;mentoring and special needs are a few  a
 reas where the Civic League  makes a positive impact.&nbsp\; The League 
 holds  meetings once a month and  are open to everyone.&nbsp\; Members a
 re informed  of current local and state  events and are provided a forum
  to discuss  their own concerns.&nbsp\; Meetings  also feature guest spe
 akers\; past  speakers include Homeland Security  Director Charles McKen
 na\, Attorney  General Paula Dow\, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Val
 dez\, and others.
