Master James Ran has spent his life learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system.YI - JING - MN , incorporates , Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing Yi , Baji , and kung fu . emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self defense , techniques , internal exercises , and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self defense.

We meet near the pavlion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.
