The Teaneck Public Library’s Friends Group along with the Art of Living Foundation is hosting a “Yoga and Meditation class”.
Participants may attend any or all of these free classes, to be held in the library auditorium.

Teaneck Public Library is a free facility that offers books, periodicals, reference materials, Internet access, audiovisual items and free programs for children and adults. The library is part of the Bergen County Cooperative Library System, a database that allows patrons to search library catalogs in other Bergen County towns.
The public library also hold events and programs including a discussion group for senior citizens, ESL classes, Internet training sessions, a film series and concerts.
