Entrance to municipal parking lot closed

Today as I tried to enter the municipal parking lot from Cedar Lane, I found that it was closed due to construction. I don't know what was going on, or how long it will be closed, but thought people might be interested in knowing this as this could add a couple of minutes to your quick trip to the library.
