BergenPAC is collecting donations to help restock the shelves at the Center for Food Action.
"The Center for Food Action was already struggling within the last six months due to the economy and now the food bank needs to take care of those severely impacted by Hurricane Sandy," according to a message on BergenPAC's website.
Items needed include: canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc.), canned hearty soup, canned wegetables, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, cereal (low sugar kids cereal welcome), dry milk (boxed parmalat), canned fruit, instant Potatoes and 100 percent juice.

Donations can be dropped off at the venue, located at 30 North Van Brunt Street. All items will be donated to the Center for Food Action.
