Former Teaneck Chef Opening Englewood Eatery

New South Dean Street bistro and bakery plans to offer weekend brunch, coffee and baked goods.

A new artisanal bakery and bistro is expected to open on South Dean Street this month, food blog BoozyBurbs.com reported.

Patisserie Florentine, at 10 South Dean Street, plans to offer coffee, baked goods and a brunch menu, according to the eatery's Facebook page.

"Saturday & Sunday brunch menu will feature an interpretation of an 1894 classic - Eggs Benedict. Brioche, sautéed spinach, smoked Scottish salmon, 2 poached eggs and Pommes Florentine...and last but not least - Hollandaise sauce made with butter from our local farmer," the Facebook post said.
