Teaneck CEO Donates to Sandy Relief Efforts

Local business leader commits $50,000 in support of Sandy relief efforts.

Teaneck's Geoff Rochwarger, CEO of IDT Energy, an independent provider of electricity and natural gas serving over 500,000 residential and small business customers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland, will contribute $50,000 to the New York chapter of the American Red Cross in support of the Hurricane Sandy relief effort. 

Rochwarger presented the initial $25,000 check to Robert Maruster, Chair of the American Red Cross Greater New York Region’s Board of Directors, during the New York Red Cross’s daily briefing last week.
