Experience a relaxing, stress-free approach to quitting smoking that reduces withdrawal symptoms and helps you make lifestyle changes by focusing on increased self-esteem. The program uses behavior modification techniques and hypnotic suggestion to help you become a non-smoker. The first hour is dedicated to understanding the obstacles to change. The second hour is devoted to helping you overcome these obstacles with self-hypnosis.  A 30-day reinforcement CD is included.  Use of personal recording equipment is not permitted.
