This two-hour program teaches behavior modification and uses hypnosis to help you stop smoking. We don’t use scare tactics or
gloomy statistics; instead, we focus on the pleasure and increased self- esteem
you can attain as a non-smoker....without withdrawal symptoms or gaining
weight. The program is conducted by a certified hypnotist
and includes a 30-day reinforcement CD, a series of behavior
modification cards for daily positive reinforcement, and FREE
reinforcement sessions for one year.
