About International Bar Athletes Federation

International Bar Athletes Federation (IBAF) cofounded by Hassan A. Salaam and Antonio Esposito initially for the sole purpose to motivate and inspire troubled youth. The federation teaches that with the power of the mind and body-one can achieve goals. This physical fitness extreme exercise experience creates mind-altering results and personal change ultimately giving clarity, focus and self-esteem to better one’s life. (IBAF) works with people from 8-80 challenging them to push themselves through cardio challenges without the use of weights but rather their own muscle strength. The organization has transformed many people throughout the tri-state area and continues to grow as a result of faithful members. IBAF has recently partnered with public schools teaching kids extreme calisthenics to build muscle stamina, strength, and flexibility while also attaining self-esteem and confidence.
