NCBW 100 Presents - Get Covered America, Healthcare Enrollment Fair 2014

Get Covered America, Healthcare Enrollment Fair 2014
to be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014
Presented by the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW 100), Bergen/Passaic Chapter

On Saturday, February 22, NCBW 100 will partner with Enroll America to host, “Healthcare Enrollment Fair 2014”.

Enrollment will take place at Teaneck High School, in the Cheryl Miller Porter Student Center, Third Floor, 100 Elizabeth Avenue, Teaneck, NJ. 07666, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Enroll Assistors will be on site to assist the community with enrollment process. The community may also enroll online at www.enrollamerica.org.  All may enroll in a free or low-cost healthcare plan that suits individual needs and budgets. Some enrollees may qualify for financial assistance. No one will be denied enrollment due to pre-existing conditions.

Those who plan on attending and signing up for new or additional healthcare insurance should bring the following:

  1. Income information: A recent W-2 form or pay stub.
  2. Social Security numbers of those who will be covered under the new healthcare plan.
  3. Information regarding any current healthcare insurance coverage that the enrollee may already have.
