Teaneck Packathon for Haiti

This is your chance to make a difference! Help pack nutritious meals for hungry school kids way out in the mountains of Haiti. Bring your family, club, team, congregation, or just come yourself. We need hundreds of volunteers to work one of four two-hour shifts. 

• Arrive 8:45 am to pack 9-11 
• Arrive 11:45 am to pack Noon-2 
• Arrive 2:45 pm to pack 3-5
• Arrive 5:45 pm to pack 6-8.

By the end of the day, we want to pack 125,000 meals to feed kids in two Haitian schools all year (50 weeks). This event is also a fundraiser to

1. purchase the ingredients and ship meals, 
2. hire a Haitian community organizer who will help the village of Trois Mares work together for economic stability, and  
3. build a school kitchen and cistern for Chapottin, Haiti.
