Teaneck Residents Honor Late Ambulance Worker with 'VSmile Bags'
Group gave out food bags in NYC.
The following was submitted to Patch as a Letter to the Editor.
A dear friend and fellow ambulance corps member died 5 years ago, he was 22 years old.
To honor his memory a few of us got together and made "VSmile Bags" and gave them out to those less fortunate/homeless in NY Wednesday morning.
The bags had a bagel or a sandwich with a drink a snack and a piece of fruit and a napkin...and the VSmile Card.
Vishal Shah smiled a lot and touched so many lives in his 22 years. There's not a day that goes by that he is not in our thoughts.
