This is my third post on Alternate medicine, ancient civilizations and traditions. As I have said before, I am recovering from being very sick when modern medicine could no longer help me. I was so weak I could barely walk yet wasn’t sick enough to fit into a major insurance category.  After my hospital stay, my blood counts and medical tests were perfect. I was released and  left on my own so I started doing major research in how to get well. I found many people like myself who have “cured themselves” by what they ate.

Besides finding food that heals, I have found alternate medicine. Modern  medicine as we know it was financed and created by The Rockefeller Foundation in the 1930s. Treatments of illness became an invention that could be a patented and modern medicine began to focuses on creating profit not understanding unprofitable body functions. Before that time Americas practiced Homeopathy medicine based on natural remedy and tradition.

Other countries had their own natural remedy or traditional medicine, focusing on individualizing treatments, treating the whole person, promoting self-care and self-healing and recognizing the spiritual nature of each individual.

Today I will briefly cover the Indian Ayurvedic Medicine.
