Compact cars will need a permit to purchase a compact, requiring another background check. Anyone who leaves their keys within easy access of a minor will be committing a crime of the fourth degree. Speeding tickets must have a five year mandatory minimum, unless you are a criminal, then you can have a plea deal. Law enforcement shall be exempt. End car violence now!
