Common Sense Car Laws

Predictably, there was another mass driving, this time in Venice Beach, CA. Car violence kills more than 30,000 people a year, many of them, children. It was obviously an assault car, because there were 12 victims in a matter of seconds. The car-man got away. Please write to the Gov. asking for comprehensive car reform. All cars with a cup holder or ash tray that also have a stick shift and a detachable ez-pass must be banned immediately, and gas tanks must be limited to ten gallons or less. If you have a car with greater than a ten gallon tank, you may keep it, but you will automatically be civilly libel if it is ever in an accident, even if you were not driving. Also, possession of a car should now only be allowed to and from one's residence with only those deviations that are reasonably necessary under the circumstances, because if it saves one life, it's worth it. NJ should no longer recognize the driver's license of any other state and vice versa, because states have a right to decide their own car laws and determine what is best for public safety. We are a very densely populated state. Car laws that work in other states obviously won't work here. We need background checks to get a driver's license and then again to buy each and every car. Compact cars will need a permit to purchase a compact, requiring another background check. Anyone who leaves their keys within easy access of a minor will be committing a crime of the fourth degree. Speeding tickets must have a five year mandatory minimum, unless you are a criminal, then you can have a plea deal. Law enforcement shall be exempt. End car violence now!
