UPDATE: Children Found Safe, Suspect Arrested In Amber Alert, Murder Case

Children's father is suspected of the killing and kidnapping, authorities said.

UPDATE: The mother of the two allegedly abducted children was found stabbed to death Friday.

Thirty-nine-year-old Tracy Jordan was found dead in an apartment at 222 Garibaldi Avenue in Lodi, police said.

EARLIER: An Amber Alert was issued Friday as the Lodi Police Department investigated a possible abduction of two children in Lodi.

The abduction allegedly occurred at Wilson Elementary School, 80 Union St.
The children are Anthony Jordan and Nicholas Jordan. The suspect, John Jordan, is the children's father, according to the State Police.

The suspect is believed to be operating a 4 door, 2007 black Honda Civic with NJ registration VHH37S.

Anyone having information regarding this abduction is urged to Immediately call 911, the Lodi Police Department at 973-473-7600 or the New Jersey State Police at 609-963-6951.
