Incumbents, Ex-Trustee Picked For Teaneck School Board

Teaneck’s uncontested school board election offered no surprises Tuesday, with two incumbents and a former trustee elected to the board.

Incumbent Sebastian Rodriguez was elected to a third term with 2,109 votes, according to unofficial totals from the township clerk’s office.

Shelley Worrell, who was served on the board since last year, was elected with 2,316 votes. Worrell was first picked to fill the unexpired term of Henry Pruitt, who won a town council seat.
