Holy Name Medical Center and St. Peter's Mar Thoma Church will host a free health fair in Teaneck Sept. 14.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include blood pressure screenings, body mass index tests and educational seminars on health topics including stress and weight management.
