Learn more on September 19th, at 7:30pm, at the Marriott-Glenpointe, where the Rotary Club of Teaneck will have its “Meet and Greet” event. See what has made the Rotary Club of Teaneck the community’s only non-sectarian/ apolitical civic organization that has, since its founding in 1929, given so much back to the community, and joins such other notables as Sir Winston Churchill, Warren Harding, Gerald Ford and a host of others.

Special guest speaker will be Teaneck Councilwoman Lizette Parker. Councilwoman Parker has been recognized for her service and as an active community leader in Teaneck and will talk about the initiative “Let’s Move” to reduce children’s obesity. On Friday, September 27th at 7:00pm, The Rotary Club of Teaneck will host a “Harvest Ball 2013” at the Marriott-Glenpointe. Proceeds from this event will provide funding for the club’s international projects – school furniture in Antigua & Barbuda, a clean water project in Haiti and various local projects. A black tie optional event, tickets are $80 per person. Raffles are available for $2.00 each. Three prizes will be awarded. Grand prize is a trip for two to Antigua, 4 days/3 nights including airfare and hotel accommodations.
