Affordable Care Act Seminar, Council Meeting This Week in Teaneck

Here’s a quick selection of events and news to watch for this week in Teaneck:

- On Tuesday, the Township Council will meet with its public portion opening at 8 p.m. at 818 Teaneck Road. The agenda includes an update on the often-debated hours for town buildings. Click to read the full agenda on the town website.

- Residents with questions about the Affordable Care Act can attend the first of two free seminars Thursday at the Richard Rodda Center, 250 Colonial Court. The event will begin at 7 p.m.

Sheila Thorne, of the National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities, Region II, will present at both sessions and take questions from the audience.

On Saturday and Sunday, Teaneck will host its fall town-wide garage sale at homes across the township from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Click here for more information and a list of participating homes.
