On March 7, 2012, Dr Leibman and the staff at Englewood hospital performed an unrequested tubal ligation ("Getting your tubes tied" or "Sterilization") on my wife without informing us or obtaining our consent. We didn't even find out until 2 weeks later during a followup visit.
