Bergen LEADS class will explore tourism at annual public forum for economic development
Positioning Bergen County as a tourist destination will be the topic at the upcoming public forum on the Role of Economic Development, presented by Bergen LEADS, the premier civic leadership program for adults sponsored by the Volunteer Center of Bergen County. The forum will be moderated by Jim Kirkos, CEO, Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce. The event, sponsored by TD Bank, PSEG and Synetek Solutions, will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, from 3-5 pm at Bergen Community College’s Ciccone Theater, 400 Paramus Road in Paramus. Ummm Gary didn't know you took a survey. Wouldn't the traffic be less every other day since there is one more day to go shopping. Not to mention that the movie theaters and restaurants still seem to be open. As well as malls in other counties that people drive through Bergen county to get to.
