Despite Venue Change, Spirit High at Teaneck Graduation
Commencement saluted the achievements of 363 graduating Teaneck High School seniors

North Jersey has recently experienced extreme heat, and state officials have warned of air quality and health issues through Thursday. School district officials decided on Wednesday to move the commencement ceremony to FDU as a precaution. While those in attendance expressed gratitude for the air conditioned backdrop, many graduating seniors and family members stated that the acoustic system left much to be desired. The acoustics were terrible but it did not help that large numbers of people were talking while the speakers were at the microphone. These young people have just finished four tough years and are now embarking on their future and this is how they are treated. Rudeness reigns. more ›
