Barbara has been a local realtor for over 29 years, formerly with Riotto Associates and since 1998 with Coldwell Banker RE.  She specializes in the Teaneck market, but has listed and sold homes all over Bergen County, and refers clients to experienced agents all over the country.  Barbara is equally skilled at listings as well as working with prospective buyers.  She works well both with both first-time buyers, those who wish to purchase larger homes, relocation, estate sales and long-time homesellers looking to downsize.  She is extremely detail-oriented, sensitive to her clients' needs and prides herself on close follow-up with attorneys, mortgage representatives, home inspectors and appraisers, making sure deals move forward from contract to closing.

Personal Information

Barbara and her husband Jeff have lived in Teaneck for nearly 30 years, raising four children through the Teaneck Public Schools.
