ReplyHow wonderful that this class is available! I encourage all women who are cancer survivors--and the newly diagnosed--to give this a try.
As a survivor and yoga enthusiast, I'm a great believer in the benefits of this sort of class, which is hard to find outside Manhattan. They're tailored to accommodate all levels of ability, and if you're a regular you end up making friends. It's not like going to a gym, which can feel unpleasantly competitive. It's like a cancer support group with the benefits of professionally supervised exercise.
