I will call around and see what can be done. My Mom lives in NM, doesn't drive, they delivered one to her. Of course, it's a different town.

"Kelly" offered to pick up the pail for me, for which I must give her/him some "proof of residence". I'm not sure if this is acceptable to the Recycling place, or if there are still pails available. Also, though this is a lovely offer, I don't know who Kelly is! I think the town has to work something out for people like me. There was another letter (I noticed) from someone who doesn't drive, so there must be LOTS of us!
