I am a Business Coach.  I help entrepreneurs, start ups and growing businesses develop a strategy to grow or course-correct their businesses, and then keep their people moving to actually execute on that strategy and see real results.  Many people need a coach's help to stay focused, address the roadblocks holding them back, set goals and stay on track.

I have over 20 years experience as a consumer marketing executive and brand builder for one of the country's largest media companies.  I have experience in leadership training, sales training, and all aspects of management.  In addition to my brand marketing career, I have education and experience in Coaching, Social Work and Psychotherapy.  The combination of my real-world experience supported by theory and direct practice with clients is unique and sets me apart from an average business consultant.

I live in Teaneck and have children in Teaneck's public schools.  My husband, Scott Harris, and I own BLAST Art Gallery and Coffee Bar on Cedar Lane.
