Thank you. Beleive me if the admins are willing to pickup the broom and put thier mney where thier mouth is than go ahead and fire the custodinas. if not they should look at how they pend thier money. I work at a different district and it's mind blowing how much money is wasted.

Teaneck_Resident - I love your comment about the high paid admins doing the cleaning. And Bobbie- you can't say the children are all gone by the time the "cleaning service" comes in. The second shift starts at 2:30pm. Plus you have all the functions after school hours. Besides, what exactly does this "background" check involve. Is it a full criminal database check like the one in place now?
