ReplyReally? Because every time I am on my road bike I have drivers cutting me off and calling me a doper or worse. Me thinks the person who wrote this article never road a bike on NJ's roads.

They will not allow Frank Fiamingo to speak or for that matter anyone else that makes sense. Weinberg and company are all about exploiting fear and furthering communism.

ReplyGun violence prevention? Interesting? And what happens if all guns go away, does violence go away? I guess they have not thought about this because the root causes of violence are not being addressed. So I guess if there were no guns Timothy McVeigh would never have killed all those human beings? Oh yeah, that's right he didn't use a gun did he...
Can't people see that all these politicians are doing is playing you for fools and votes.

ReplyThis rally was bad...really...really....bad. The one speaker from the Ethical Culture Society, Dr. Joseph Chuman, called those how own guns people full of fear. Who feared a home invasion or feared the rapist that may come and rape his daughter. This guy is nothing more than Hitler in Bergen County. I guess he doesn't worry about a home invasion or a rapist attacking his daughter or wife. So be it, that is his problem. The most disgusting part was that the crowd gave Fuhrer Chuman a standing ovation.
In his own words:
"This is their culture, grounded as it is on a hyper-individualism that harbors a visceral distrust of neighbors and is nurtured on a survivalist apocalyptic fantasy of end-time war against government authorities," Chuman said. "Maybe they should look to contemporary Syria as a fulfillment of their glorious visions."
I don't distrust my neighbors, I'm not a hyper-individual nor am I preparing for the apocalypses. But I'll be damned if I can't protect my wife or daughter from a home invasion or rapist.

ReplyI have to wonder how many anti-gun folks in Boston were wishing they had a firearm when the one bomber was on the loose?

ReplyI was going to attened but based on the speakers and screening this is one of those "guns are bad" so we need more laws. But the question is if guns are banned and violence still happens what should the gun grabbers ban next? I know...breathing...lets ban breathing and we will all be safe.
Weinberg and the rest of these fools need to stop blaming the tool and start addressing the root causes of violence and that is hate. I'll be honest I'm amazed that Weinberg and her clueless flock of idiots have not introduced legislation to ban pressure cookers. Maybe we need to introduce legislation to ban these fools from thinking they know what is best.
